Hi, my name’s Blake.

I’m a painter and multidisciplinary artist who got sick of the advice to “pick a niche”. I love exploring different ways of creating and expressing, appreciating the world around me, and connecting with all sorts of people. Although acrylic painting is my most loved medium, I’m drawn to innovating with different ways of making something unique.

The subject matter of my art is varied. It is tied together through me, the artist. The subjects I’m drawn to give me feelings of joy, calm, nostalgia, and excitement. They help me feel alive and connected to my memories and the world around me. These feelings are what I want to share with everyone through my artwork.

My secret sauce? A punch of neurospicy. I get interested in every single creative idea around me. In fact, when I was working in a government office this made my life feel excruciatingly stifled. However, the structure and discipline I learned working in the office has allowed me to channel my wild creativity into a career in art.

I truly hope you will enjoy looking through my website and find something that connects to you. I have art to fit in any space – paintings that can fit large walls, to miniature paintings that can fit in the palm of your hand.
